How we got our start...

Over six years ago we had a vision of doing something a little different than other staffing firms.  We realized that the downfall of many staffing firms was that they were very large and had a high turnover rate internally, making it very difficult to really understand the needs of their clients.  When we started our company, we made sure to strive to become well acquainted with both the needs of our clients and of our candidates in order to develop a strong foundation of a true partnership, and continue to do so.  We have been in business for over six years and have over 30 years of combined experience in the staffing industry.

Todd Goldstein – President

Todd is the President of Adept Resources, Inc. a local staffing firm focusing on the placement of accounting and finance professionals.  His background has an emphasis on financial recruiting, marketing, business development, customer service, and professional business networking.

Holding various management positions with two International staffing firms, Todd has won several national achievement awards as a top Account Executive, Recruiter, Trainer and Manager. He was instrumental in building two top producing branches with gross annual sales in excess of $15 million.

Prior to entering the world of financial staffing, Todd held several sales and marketing positions in Advertising, High-end consumer goods as well as an e-commerce business.

Todd is a native of Los Angeles, California where he is an active member of the Guardians, a non-profit organization supporting the Jewish Home for the aging.  He is also a Board Member and Treasurer for the California Staffing Professionals Los Angeles Chapter. Todd is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science.
