1. Before meeting any of our candidates, we perform a preliminary phone screen.
2. We send a pre-screening questionnaire to our candidates.
3. We perform our face to face interview upon receiving the pre-screening questionnaire.
4. We assess each candidate's skills depending on the position they are suitable for with our SkillCheck Testing Software.
5. We verify, in detail, at least 3 professional references on all of our candidates.
6. Upon our clients request we can offer a 3rd party background screening through Infolink Screening Services.
